The iD Showcase at Macalester College in the heart of the Twin Cities (MN) will be on Monday & Tuesday, June 20-21, 2016. At the iD Showcase, 25 college coaches from all over the country will be accessible to Midwest players through recruiting, on-field instruction, and recruiting education.
This will be the only Midwest recruiting showcase with an East Coast model: held on a college campus and coached by NCAA coaches.
ConnectLAX, whose online recruiting platform serves as Match”.com” for recruits and college coaches, is excited to be the video partner of iD Showcase.
“The iD Showcase will provide detailed info on players so coaches can find the best academic and athletic fits for their program; saving coaches, players and parents time,” said Gage Mersereau of ConnectLAX.
ConnectLAX Video Packages are available to all invited boys recruits. $200 gets you HD game film of every game, a professional highlight video and mobile recruiting profile. Your highlight video automatically embeds within your recruit profile, which is listed in the Recruit Finder where >2,500 registered college coaches find, evaluate and connect with recruits that fit their program.
ConnectLAX strongly encourages recruits to evaluate lacrosse programs at multiple divisions and find the right fit both on and off the field. Coaches from Division I Harvard, Michigan, and Boston U, and Division III schools Haverford, Kenyon, and Ursinus, are a few of the colleges planning to attend the iD Showcase.
iD Lacrosse is excited to partner with ConnectLAX to provide the Platinum Prospects with access to the very best highlight videos and online recruiting platform.
“The partnership between iD Lacrosse and ConnectLax will help close the distance which separates many Midwest players and NCAA programs. Players easily learn more about each program and school, and coaches obtain a better sense of how a player may fit into his program: both athletically and academically. Attending iD will give players great exposure on June 20-21and, thanks to ConnectLax, during the rest of the year as well,” said Bob Dignazio, Director of iD Lacrosse.
