In Lacrosse We Trust is proud to announce its newest project, InLax Prospects. Located at prospects.inlacrossewetrust.com, it is the first ever website dedicated to only evaluating lacrosse prospects.
“In other sports like baseball and hockey, analyzing prospects has gotten extremely popular” said CEO Marisa Ingemi. “Why is it different in lacrosse? There are plenty of potential pros out there just waiting to be scouted”
The goal of InLax Prospects is to become the number one source of prospect analysis and scouting, to be used as a resource by professional teams. The website has profiles for every NLL and MLL eligible draftee through 2016 with stats, scouting reports and questions with the prospects themselves.
The site will also have scouting videos and rankings with a top 20 list coming out every month and a top 50 yearly. The staff is led by former NLL head coach Mike Lines, former Philadelphia Wings scout Brian Davies, Markham Ironheads Jr B assistant coach Pat Gregoire, Brock University player Steve Nicholls, former NCLL goaltender Brendan Staudt, along with contributions of writers from the national In Lacrosse We Trust staff.
“Each prospect has a scouting report that was written by professional GMs or scouts throughout North America and written by people who have coached against them or not on the same team to keep it unbiased” says Ingemi.
The website evaluates prospects from Jr A and B along with college, but also looks at darkhorses in the MCLA and JuCo along with evaluating non-NLL players who have a shot at cracking rosters.
