MCLA Report: San Diego State Stays Hot

San Diego State 10 vs., 5 USC- San Diego State’s Troy Carlson made ten saves in just his second time seeing game action this year. Troy Cummings scored four points (1G, 3A) three players recorded three points John Wilson, Kevin Hoover and Ryan Eberspacher. This puts San Diego State is 3-1 overall and USC 3-3 and 0-2 in conference.

Chapman 7 vs. 6 Sonoma State – Four Chapman players, Regan Kelly, Steve Koressel and Dylan Garner, all stood out on offense with each with three points. Gus Gradinger made eight saves to get Chapman the win. For Sonoma State three players finished with two points and Zach Urbany also made eight saves in this close contest.

Minnesota 8 vs. 7 Miami (OH)- Nick Abbott and Eric Fong each finished with five points for Minnesota, while Bodhi Engum got a hat trick for the Golden Gophers. Matt Jorgensen made seven saves and Cody Komorouski made five. Twelve different players scored for Miami of Ohio three of which got two points including attack man Adam Olson. Goalie Jarrod Culp made eleven saves.

Wake Forest 9 vs. 7 West Virginia- Senior Sean Crim had four points while freshman Matt Downey and Petey Fabian finished with three. Goalie Matt Cole made six saves and Jim Walton had save for the Demon Deacons. Zane Pusateri scored three goals and LSM Brian Prestigiacomo also scored for WVU.
