MSL Checkin: Brampton Plays Two

Kitchener – Waterloo @ Peterborough: June 20th – 8 pm

The 3-5 KW Kodiaks travel to the Memorial Centre in Peterborough to take on the first place Lakers (6-3).  In their only meeting this summer, the Kodiaks defeated the Lakers 11-8 on June 8th in KW.  Peterborough’s Shawn Evans will look to continue his league dominance on Thursday night as he sits first in league scoring with 55 points (14G, 41A) in nine games.  

 

Six Nations @ Brampton: June 20th – 8 pm

Six Nations (5-1-1) is coming off a tight fought 9-8 victory over Brooklin (5-1) in their last game on Saturday night and will pushing to extend their four game winning streak when they take on Brampton (2-6) at the Powerade Centre.

 

Kitchener- Waterloo @ Oakville: June 22nd – 7 pm

The Oakville Rock (2-5) are coming off a huge 7-6 win over Brooklin (5-3-1) last night to earn their second win of the season.  KW previously beat Oakville 7-6 earlier in the season to lead the season series 1-0.  Look for another tight game between these two teams as Oakville has had four one goal difference games this season.

 

Brampton @ Six Nations: June 23rd – 7 pm

The Excelsiors are travelling to Six Nations to take on the Chiefs Sunday at the ILA.  Brampton is looking to pull out of last place in the league and a victory Sunday over the second place Chiefs could do so.  Six Nations leads the season series with a victory on June 9t
