Vincent Talbot Blog: Voyageurs Split the Weekend

This past weekend was a big one for our team and for the organization as a whole. First of all we hosted the Johnny Mourandian indoor lacrosse clinic on Thursday and Friday at the Essex Skating Facility. Johnny is the GM of the Philadelphia Wings as some of you may know and one of the most passionate lacrosse people I’ve ever met. On Thursday morning I’ve had the chance to…

Sean Murphy Blog: Part Two

After starting the tournament 0-3, Ireland was hungry for a win, and we knew that our last 2 games would make a big difference in our chances to make it to the medal round.  Fortunately, as members of the highest ‘Blue’ division, we would essentially be playing down from the top while the teams in the other divisions were playing to earn their way up in the standings. But it…

Kevin Iwanusa Blog: USIL Devo Team vs the Voyageurs

As I write this its 4am Monday morning and I’m waiting for my flight back to Charlotte, a little early to say the least, but I have to work this morning and it’s not too strange of an occurrence for lacrosse players trying to maximize their chance to play at every opportunity. Especially indoor players, a high level box lacrosse game summertime in Charlotte doesn’t just find you. So myself…

Vincent Talbot Blog: Exhibition vs US Devo team

This past weekend the Vermont Voyageurs hosted the USA Developmental team. It was a good opportunity for some of our players to showcase what they can do in different situations. I think the team did good overall and we ended the weekend one and one. I was the backup for the weekend, letting the chance to two of our goalies to show what they can do in a senior game….

Patrick Crosby Blog: Greywolves Split the Weekend

June 20, 2012

Hello again everyone. Sorry it’s been a few weeks; clearly a lot has gone on since my last blog as evidently we are now on a new/sexier In Lacrosse We Trust platform. As In Lacrosse We Trust has been apparently coding, I have been steadily racking up the mileage on my weekly journeys to Western, NY. (Thank you Hertz Gold Club – now please waive that $200 cleaning fee from…
