This weekend marks the opening of the 2013 Clax Season. One of the featured match ups of this weekend is the Durham TurfDogs facing off against the Toronto Shooting Stars. This game will be the first professional game played in Maple Leaf Gardens now known as the Mattamy Athletic Center in 12 years. The Durham Turf Dogs are one of the returning teams for the 2013 season, and they have made plenty of moves. As for the on floor additions, the Turfdogs made a huge deal picking up Jesse Guerin and Nate Andres up front while also grabbing netminder John Chesebrough. This summer, Guerin posted an impressive 22 goals, 37 assists which was good enough for second in Major Series Lacrosse scoring leaders….
