Week 3 CUFLA Three Stars: Fitzhenry Aids Voyageurs To Big Win

Third Star: Spencer Bromley—McGill Redmen
Junior attackman Spencer Bromley exploded offensively this weekend, netting nine points in two victories to help extend the McGill Redmen’s regular season winning streak to 34. The Surrey, BC native leads McGill in goals with 15 and is third among all Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association goal scorers.

Second Star: Danton Miller—Laurier Golden Hawks
Danton Miller was outstanding in a pair of Laurier Golden Hawks victories this past weekend. In a 11-10 victory against U of T, Miller netted a hat trick while adding two assists for five points. The very next day, the attackman matched his five point total, this time finding the back of the net four times while adding an assist. Miller now has 15 goals and eight assists for 23 points in six games, good enough for fifth in CUFLA scoring.

First Star: Patrick Fitzhenry—Laurentian Voyageurs
Freshman attackman Patrick Fitzhenry‘s eight-point performance helped lift the Laurentian Voyageurs to a 13-11 victory over Brock University, which was also their first program victory against the Badgers. The St. Michael’s product tallied five goals while adding three helpers for eight points in the big win for the Voyageurs. The Brampton, ON native has nine goals, seven assists for 16 points in his first four games of his young collegiate career.
