The Machine has traded midfielder Jovan Miller to the Florida Launch in exchange for a 2016 5th Round Supplemental Draft Pick, it was announced today by Machine Vice President & Head Coach Bear Davis. The trade comes prior to Major League Lacrosse’s 4 p.m. Trade Deadline.
Originally claimed by Ohio off the Chesapeake Practice Squad on May 14, 2015, Miller played in four games for the Machine this season. In his four games in a Machine uniform, Miller scored one goal and added an assist. The Machine went 3-1 will Miller in the lineup.
The Machine returns to action on Sunday, June 28 when the team travels to Rochester to face the Rattlers at 1 p.m. On Saturday, July 4, the Machine returns to Selby Stadium at 4 p.m. when the Rattlers visit Ohio for an Independence Day showdown.
