Lacrosse Radio Network to Become 24-Hour Station

The Lacrosse Radio Network is excited to announce it will become the first ever 24 hour radio network in the history of lacrosse. LRN will run programming non stop every day, all day long starting next Monday.

The network was founded in 2010 and has become the ideal platform for listening to lacrosse content on the internet. It was the first all lacrosse radio station ever, and while others have come to light recently, LRN remains the original radio station for lacrosse programming.

LRN will continue running its current original programming such as NLL Pre Game Live, Over and Back, Wings Nest, Lacrosse Lounge and many other shows. However, more team oriented shows will now be running weekly along with several talk show formatted programs with live callers and listener interaction. Team oriented shows will cover teams such as the Calgary Roughnecks, Rochester Knighthawks, Edmonton Rush, Florida Launch and more.

Game broadcasts also return with the Canadian Lacrosse League along with NCAA game broadcasts form division one through three with men’s and women’s games airing several times a week. With 24 hours of content to fill, games will air more than once, along with shows.

“When the Lacrosse Radio Network began in 2010, we have four shows on four different days. I never imagined it would become a full, 24-hour radio station with content from not only the InLax staff but also from throughout the lacrosse media world, along with coaches and players who will be contributing.

“It is an ambitious endeavor to have a full network with just content from our own network, but I and everyone else on board are looking forward to it”

Several distinct radio personalities join the network for their play by play and hosting abilities. Scott Arnold returns as the voice of CLax while Kayleigh Hagenbuch will contribute as the announcer for several NCAA games. Dave Giancola and Brendan Chamberlain will host weekly talk shows that will interact with listeners and discuss several subjects.

Every day will include new, original live programming along with replays from the night before and audio strings of interviews from games covered by The Lacrosse Radio Network. The network will also continue pre and post game coverage of the NLL, MLL, NCAA and CLax.

The full radio schedule will be found on InLacrosseWeTrust.com and the CLax and NCAA full schedules will be announced at a later date. The full show lineup will be announced when several more shows are confirmed, and the network will host about 25 original programs weekly.
