The Ohio Machine has added Nat St. Laurent to its coaching staff, it was announced today by Machine Vice President & Head Coach Bear Davis. St. Laurent will serve as a volunteer assistant coach.
“I am very excited to add a coach of Nat’s caliber to our staff,” Davis said. “The energy and enthusiasm Nat brings to the table will help our team at practices and in games. His vast coaching experience will allow him to handle multiple roles within our coaching staff.”
In his role with the Machine, St. Laurent will be responsible for increasing the team’s use of analytics. Additionally, he will serve as a quality control coach for the offense while helping to prepare scouting reports for upcoming opponents. St. Laurent will begin his role with the Machine when the team convenes for training camp in late March.
St. Laurent is currently the head coach at Ohio Northern University and is recruiting the school’s first lacrosse team that will begin play in the 2016 season. Prior to ONU, St. Laurent spent time at Washington and Lee University and the Virginia Military Institute.
Season tickets for the Machine’s 2015 season are now on sale and range from General Admission at $92 to a Field Level Box at $2,400 and include seven regular season home games plus a 2015 MLL playoff game.
