The Colorado Mammoth signed two of their young players to multi year deals.The Mammoth signed transition man Cam Holding to a three year contract and third year player Jamie Lincoln for two years. Holding played for the Whitby Warriors in juniors and for the Grand Rapids Dragonfish of the CILL before joining the Mammoth two seasons ago.
Holding, a lefty shooter, has 19 career points in two seasons. Last year he played in 15 games and scored 11 points while he scored nine in 16 in 2012. He has 137 loose balls in those two seasons.
Lincoln is also a lefty shooter and out of St. Catharines, Ontario. Last season he scored 25 points in 14 games played, but his rookie year in 2012 was his best season with 46 points through all 16 games, including 27 goals. Lincoln was a first round pick out of Hofstra University.
Colorado and Vancouver have been the two most active teams in free agency thus far. These two contracts are the second and third multi year deals so far, the other being the four year contract to John Grant Jr.
