The fourth week of the Midwest Indoor Lacrosse Association has come to an end, and with it, four games.
Southern Ohio Box Lacrosse improved to 2-1 on the season and are now third in their division after a 16-5 win over the 0-4 Detroit Coney Dogs. The ‘Dogs are in last place in the Mid-States Division.
Columbus and Cleveland battled it out in an exciting Mid-States matchup, with the Columbus Lacrosse Club coming up with an 18-16 win over the Demons.
The Milwaukee Marauders and Minnesota Jaxx also faced off, with Milwaukee picking up their first win from a 17-10 victory over the Jaxx.
Lastly, the Colorado Sabertooths picked up their first ever win in MILA play, and defeated the previously undefeated Chicago Outlaws.
Chicago is now 2-1 and they lead the Sabertooths by one game in the Central/West Division.
The Grand Rapids Dragonfish still lead the league with a 3-0 record and are half a game better than the Pittsburgh Octane. Both teams had this week off.
