Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, announced today that CBS Sports Network will feature 20 live, nationally televised games throughout the 2013 season.
“We’re excited to be able to continue and expand our relationship with CBS Sports Network,” said MLL Commissioner David Gross. “We’ll now have one third of all MLL games on the Network which will really service our fans and their appetite to watch the best lacrosse in the world.”
The deal includes an additional six games from the inaugural season of MLL on CBS Sports Network in 2012, as well as 18 episodes of “Inside the MLL,” the league’s 30-minute magazine show. The show provides fans with an inside look at MLL’s teams, players and coaches, including behind-the-scenes video and analysis prior to each game.
CBS Sports Network is available to 103.5 million homes throughout the United States and Canada. The Network is available on local cable, video and telco providers in the United States and via satellite on DirecTV Channel 613 and Dish Network Channel 158.
