Nationals look to rebound from horrible 2012

Last year was a year to forget for the Hamilton Nationals. The Nationals finished with a record of 4-10 on the season. The Nationals finished second last in the MLL and will look to rebound in 2013.

The Nationals have brought back head coach Dave Huntley and hope he will have what it takes to get this team in line. The team also named Stuart Brown GM of the team. Brown was big part of the Nationals 2009-2010 championship.

The Nationals have also revamped their roster by adding Benson Erwin, Kevin Ross, Tucker Durkin, Martin Cahill and Roy Lang. Lang will add an offensive boost for the Nationals after notching 17 points in 2012 with the Rochester Rattlers. While former all star Tucker Durkin will help out the back end and will add some grit to the Nationals line up.

Along with these new acquisitions the Nationals will have Garrett Billings, Kevin Crowley and Cody Jamieson back. Billings has ruled the NLL this year notching 98 points and will look to continue his great play with the Nationals this season. Crowley has also had a good season in the NLL with 67 points while Jamieson has notched 68 points this year. The Nationals have the talent to win but they need to put it all together in order to win.

Expect Hamilton to be an improved team from last year as they have added depth to their team. The Nationals have enough talent to be a winning team but they need to  capitalize on it in order to have a successful MLL season.
