Of course the coaching change in Buffalo will create some rumors. With Darris Kilgour out, who might replace him? Bob Chavez at IL Indoor took a look at some candidates that include Troy Cordingley, Ed Comeau, Rich Kilgour, Dan Teat, Dave Pym, Mike Lines, Tom Ryan and Matt Sawyer.
Quint Kessenich of Inside Lacrosse wonders if Rob Pannell is worn out. The Lizards have struggled and their roster hasn’t been as good as it was projected, and Pannell needs to play at 100%.
Teddy Jenner from Off the Crossebar suggests that Niagara Lock Monsters head coach and former San Jose Stealth coach Jeff Dowling might also be a candidate for the Bandits coaching gig.
Budd Bailey of the Buffalo News wonders if Kilgour might end up alongside Mike Hasen with the Rochester Knighthawks. Hasen and the Knighthawks have more native players than any NLL team, something that Kilgour used to boast.
