Edmonton Rush General Manager/Head Coach Derek Keenan announced today that the club has acquired right handed offense player Cory Conway in exchange for a 2013 sixth round selection in the 2013 Entry Draft and a third round selection in the 2014 Entry Draft.
Conway has played two NLL seasons with the Calgary Roughnecks, prior to being traded by Colorado Mammoth. In the 2012 season he played thirteen games to record four goals, twenty-four assists for a total of twenty eight points and scooped 16 loose balls.
“Cory is young player with NLL experience, he brings more depth on our right side.” states Keenan.
“With training camp upon us players need to come to camp with the mind set of compete and earn jobs.”
