With the WLA season wrapping up this weekend there were only three games on the schedule. The first two games were on Saturday night as the Victoria Shamrocks took on the Nanaimo Timbermen and the Coquitlam Adanacs took on the Burnaby Lakers. New Westminster shine with a 12-7 win over Nanaimo

On Thursday night the New Westminster Salmonbellies faced off against the Nanaimo Timbermen. Both these teams were sitting on the outside of the playoff picture as Nanaimo sat in 6th place with 13 points while New Westminster sat in 5th  place with 14 points.
