Top 50 Lacrosse Prospects: 30-21

20. Mitch Wilde- Transition   R   Robert Morris/Whitby
Has 15 points in 19 games last season for the Warriors. Has 30 career points in Jr A and is mostly known for his defense. Was nine for 19 on faceoffs in 2011.

21. Jordan Houtby- Defender    Detroit/Whitby
Houtby had been a part of St. Catharine’s before their fire sale and then was shipped to the Whitby Warriors last summer. He had five points in ten games for the Athletics but also 34 penalty minutes. He was drafted from the Brooklin Redmen.
22. Cameron Flint- Forward   R   Denver
Flint was drafted to MLL’s Boston Cannons this winter. He was an All American Honorable Mention in 2012. A captain of the Denver Pioneers, he ha 20 points on the season.
23. Tucker Durkin- Defender    Johns Hopkins

Durkin was drafted by the Charlotte Hounds but was shipped to the Hamilton Nationals in a trade involving several other high draft picks. The third overall pick had over 90 loose balls last season with the Jays and was an all American.
24. Mike Sawyer- Attack   Loyola

Sawyer was a first round pick to the Charlotte Hounds on draft day, and with good reason. Sawyer was one of the best players with the Greyhounds in their run towards a title in 2012, with a career high 62 points. In Charlotte he will play with fellow Loyola alum Eric Lusby.
25. Karson Leung- Transition   R   Bellarmine/Victoria
Scored 45 points in 10 games last season with the WLA Shamrocks with 39 of them assists. Has played one season of Senior lacrosse. Had 19 playoff points matching in goals with six.
26. Casey Jackson- Forward   L   Burnaby
Picked up 45 points, 30 of them assists with the Lakers in 2012. Another lefty shooter in a pretty strong lefty class of prospects.
27. Mark Cockerton- Forward   R   Whitby

His father is Stan Cockerton, a Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Famer, but Cockerton has his own little niche in the lax world. He scored 95 points last season with the Whitby Warriors, good for fourth in Ontario junior A.

28. Kyle Lindsay- Defender   R   Mercyhurst/Whitby
Has played with Whitby for four seasons. 42 career points with seven last year, all assists. Had a career high 18 penalty minutes last season. Was 27-59 in the faceoff dot as well for the Warriors.

29. Reid Acton- Defender   R   Loyola/Toronto

This Toronto native has just three career collegiate points but is a terrific defender expected to ho in the high rounds of the 2013 NLL draft. He played for the Toronto Beaches, his home town team, in juniors.
30. Will Manny- Attack    UMass

Manny broke his hand earlier this season, but his stock hasn’t dropped. He has been the best player on the Minutemen in their rise in the college lacrosse ranks, and now he will get to play for his hometown pro team, the Boston Cannons.
