Five Major League Lacrosse games are in action this week, and there are plenty of players and matchups to watch. Who should be paying attention to this week? Let’s find out.
Number Three- Jordan Burke, Boston Cannons
The Cannons will be facing a Long Island Lizards team who are coming off of two losses in one week to the Rochester Rattlers. Before those losses, the Lizards had won five games in a row, and they look to get back on that roll. It will be Burke’s job to stop it.
Number Two- Matt Danowski, Charlotte Hounds
The Hounds have a big game with the Denver Outlaws this week, and with a win, they will have won three in a row and will be right in the playoff race. With that in mind, Charlotte will be looking for a big performance out of their star attackman Matt Danowski.
Number One- John Galloway, Rochester Rattlers
The Rattlers have won two in a row and are feeling good about themselves, and this week they face the Chesapeake Bayhawks. John Galloway is in net and he will need to shut down the Bayhawks to get the Rats into the playoff hunt.
