With the 2014 collegiate sporting seasons closer than you think, the Tigers of Towson University are preparing for their 2014 campaign. The defending Colonial Athletic Association (ACC) champions are looking to defend their title in the upcoming season. The tigers finished the season off with a 10-8 overall record and a 4-2 conference record. They made an appearance in the 2013 NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse National Championship tournament but left early following a 16-10 defeat by the hands of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Their appearance followed their ACC tournament victory with an 11-10 victory over the Penn State Nittany Lions.
