U-19 teams from across the world will descend upon Iroquois Lacrosse Arena in Six Nations to participate in the World Lacrosse Challenge on September 10-13, 2015.
The tournament, which is the first-ever international U-19 indoor lacrosse event of its kind, features a diverse lineup of both international club teams and national sides, with several participating clubs from traditional indoor lacrosse powerhouses such as Canada and Haudenosaunee.
“The passion and enthusiasm surrounding this event has been overwhelming,” said World Lacrosse Challenge Director Gewas Schindler. “I am pleased to formally announce the U-19 World Lacrosse Challenge will be hosted by the Six Nations community this September. This unique and exciting event has been re-branded to further emphasize its worldwide diversity, as well as the competitive and independent nature of the Challenge, which features several strong new entrants.”
Eight countries are expected to be represented in the event. For more information, visitworldlacrossechallenge.com
