Player applications are now being accepted for the 2015 U.S. Men’s National Indoor Team. Interested candidates can apply for consideration to be invited to try out and will be evaluated by a selection committee including the current U.S. men’s national indoor team coaching staff, named in September and led by head coach Tony Resch.
Candidates must pay the $50 application fee and return the completed application to US Lacrosse by Friday, Oct. 24. Candidates must also be 18 years of age or older and be a U.S. citizen. The coaching staff will review all applications and contact players who have been chosen for tryouts by Monday, Oct. 27.
Approximately 50-60 players will be invited to compete at two tryout weekends at The Circle Center in Rahwey, N.J., on Nov. 7-8 and Nov. 14-15, 2014. Specific times are forthcoming. Ultimately, 18 players will be chosen to represent Team USA in the 2015 Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) World Indoor Championship, Sept. 18-26 in Onondaga Nation and Buffalo, N.Y.
