Coming off of a season where they won the Champions Cup, the Rochester Knighthawks want to keep as much of their team as possible. While most of their team is young and in tact, like Cody Jamieson and Stephen Keogh, they o have some work to do. Below is their free agents.
Mike Accursi , Kyle Laverty, Pat McCready, Marshall Abrams, Casey Zaph, Tim O’Brien , Casey Powell,  Travis Hill, Jamieson Kosterer.
Hill and Kosterer are free agents. I can see them retaining both of those guys. The rest of the free agent class is very interested. Does Casey Powell want to play in the NLL? If he does, will he want to stay in Rochester? Obviously, that is the huge name on this list. But it might also be the most uncertain.
After that, Pat McCready could be the best defender in the NLL. They will want to retain him, and should probably make him their priority.
Mike Accursi was second on the Knighthawks in points last year with 66, with Jamieson in first for the post points on the team. As a veteran scorer on a young team, they will also want to keep him around.
Rochester is deep on defense if they keep McCready, with Mike Kirk, Brad Self, Ryan Cousins, Sid Smith and Rory Glaves. So will they keep Kyle Laverty around? Keep your eye on that one.
