Impressive is not good enough for this team. With a record of 5-7 looks to make a strive for better. They will have the same players that have matured and will look forward to attacking opponents.
Senior captains Dayton Gilbreath and Adam Paranka look forward to winning a championship this season. With Galibreath and Paranka the offense and defense should be clicking together. The sophomore class, who has different prospects, showed us last season thatthey were the real deal. Erick Smith, who had lead this team with 29 points and an amazing 16 assists. New faces and youth will be shown, as 16 newcomers will be joining this team.Last season ended in an agonizing defeat.
Even though Airforce did its job to secure a spot in the ECAC Championship berth,Ohio had beaten Bellarmine and ended their Cinderalla dream. This year will be different, with more depth behind these amazing athletes the sky is the limit. They have the talent, defense, and offense to become a nightmare for other schools.
Attacking the defense with their skill set should make them a team to beat in their conference. The only improvement that Airforce needs to improve, will be their time of possession. They give opponents way to much time to score.Other than that, watch out for this prolific team to capture our hearts.
