According to reports, Brendan Bomberry of the Six Nations Arrows Jr A team has committed to play college lacrosse with the Denver Pioneers. He will begin play in 2014. Bomberry tweeted the news this morning. On Inside Lacrosse he was ranked as the fourth best player in the class of 2013. Bomberry picked up 84 points with the Arrows over the past two seasons. Nicky Galasso Transfers to Syracuse

After all the reports earlier last week, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. Recently released North Carolina Tar Heel Nick Galasso has transferred to play for the Syracuse Orange. Almost as soon as Galasso was granted his requested release from North Carolina, he began speaking with Syracuse, creating rumors that he would end up with the Orange, as he has. First Ever Game in Washington Sees Denver Victory

Fall ball is ongoing, and while results and attendances aren’t the real focus, it was still good to see the first ever NCAA Division One lacrosse game played in Washington state draw around 3,500 fans. Mammoth Sign All Three Draft Picks

After we heard the Washington Stealth announce they had signed all their picks, the Colorado Mammoth were quick to follow suit. Brian Reese Retires From Major League Lacrosse

After winning a championship in 2012, Chesapeake Bayhawks general manager Brian Reese has retired from Major League Lacrosse. Reese led the Bayhawks to a Championship with his moves in the off season, acquiring Kip Turner, John Grant Jr, Drew Westervelt among others. Reese said he retired to spend more time with his family. Catamount Classic: Quinnipiac, Brown Pick Up Wins

In the Catamount Classic yesterday, we got to see some Division One teams face off and we have some early scores in, via Inside Lacrosse. Quinnipiac picked up two wins in the tournament.
