USA Thrashes Ireland 22-2, Face Iroquois in Semi-Finals

Casey Powell and Drew Snider scored four goals a piece as USA cruised to a 22-2 victory over Ireland to vault them into a semi-final matchup against the Iroquois Nation.  The Iroquois defeated the USA 13-9 in the preliminary game earlier in the tournament. This afternoon Team U.S.A. rebounded from an opening tournament loss to Iroquois on Friday night, to defeat the Czech Republic 14-7, and even their record at 1-1. The Iroquois National Team opened their quest for the gold in the 2015 FIL World Indoor Championships with a 13-9 victory over Team U.S.A. at the War Memorial.
