Third Star: John St. John—Durham Turfdogs
John St. John was generous on Friday night, dishing out five assists in Durham’s 13-11 loss to Ohsweken. The Ajax, ON native now has five goals and 10 assists for 15 points in five games
Second Star: Caleb Wiles—Barrie Blizzard
Caleb Wiles netted four goals and chipped in with a pair of assists for six points to help lift the Blizzard to a 12-8 win over the Lockmonsters. Since returning to the Blizzard, Wiles has nine points (6 G, 3 A) in two games. The Orillia, ON native spent the start of the season in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) with the Vancouver Stealth.
First Star: Angus Dineley—Barrie Blizzard
Angus Dineley continued his dominant 2015 season, making 54 saves en route to the Blizzard 12-8 victory on Sunday afternoon. The Canisius College grad’s big performance helped the Blizzard pick up their fifth win of the season and clinch first place overall. This is the third consecutive week Dineley has been named to the ILWT Three Stars and the second time he’s been crowned first star this season.
