NLL Week Eleven Stories: Rush, Roughnecks Look to Stay Hot

—Can the Edmonton Rush remain undefeated? This is a classic trap game as the Rush could be looking ahead to next week’s match up on the road against the Calgary Roughnecks. For Vancouver, they have lost six of their last seven and have been idle since February 15. This is the last game before the trade deadline for Vancouver; it should be interesting to see what they do regardless of the outcome this week.

—Can the Bandits still hold onto first? Winners of their last six out of seven games, the Bandits face a Swarm team that nearly overcame a nine-goal deficit to upset Toronto, and did battle back to get a win over the Wings the following day. Buffalo has done a complete turnaround not only from last season but from the 2014 season opener.

—Calgary at Colorado. This is another trap game. Can Colorado catch the Roughnecks looking ahead to next week’s matchup against Edmonton? Something else to look for is to see how the Mammoth respond to the coaching trio of Dan Stroup, Chris Gill and Pat Coyle after Bob Hamley and staff were relieved of their duties.

—Philadelphia at Rochester. Can the acquisition of Stephen Hoar help lead the Wings to a win in Rochester? (one win in last 14 meetings.) Can the Knighthawks get caught off-guard looking ahead to the matchup with Toronto next weekend? Or will they keep pace with Buffalo for the top spot in the east?

—You can look for some exciting NLL action again this week as every game will be leaving you on the edge of your seat.
