The National Lacrosse League, in partnership with FOX Sports, today announced that more than 50 games of the 2016 NLL regular season will be live streamed on FOX Sports GO.
The NLL will have its own branded channel within FOX Sports GO, the app that provides live streaming video of FOX Sports content at home or on-the-go.
FOX Sports GO will launch the NLL channel on January 1, the opening day of the 2016 season. The NLL season-opening game featuring the Georgia Swarm & Colorado Mammoth will be the first event to air live on the channel.
“The NLL is proud to team with FOX Sports to launch the NLL Channel,” said NLL Commissioner George Daniel. “Our fans in the United States will enjoy a tremendous online viewing experience throughout the 2016 season.”
Said Clark Pierce, FOX Sports Senior Vice President of TV Everywhere and Special Projects: “The National Lacrosse League is an excellent addition to the FOX Sports GO portfolio. We’re proud that we’ll have the opportunity to showcase these great events and make them accessible to fans at home or on-the-go.”
FOX Sports GO is available on iOS, Android, Android TV, Fire tablets and Fire phones, Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, select Windows devices, and online at FOXSportsGO.com.
Fans can download the mobile app for free from the iTunes App Store, Google Play, Amazon App Store and Windows Store.
