  Senior Torin Varn fired a bullet from 11 yards out with 20 seconds remaining in the first overtime to give the Hofstra Pride a 9-8 victory over the Georgetown Hoyas at James M. In a game that is sure to be remembered, the Edmonton Rush improved to 8-0 as they defeated the Toronto Rock (4-5) 11-10.
