Two Vermont Voyageurs Sr B players, Trever Wagar and Jean Guy Thouin, will have an opportunity to play for the Toronto Rock and Rochester Knighthawks this week in the pre season game at Bell Centre in Montreal.
Wagar is a forward with Vermont and was actually a San Jose Stealth draft pick in 2009 in the fifth round. Thouin is a Montreal native and a defenseman for the Sr B team.
Other Quebec natives in the game include Patrick Merrill (Toront0), and Angus Goodleaf (Rochester).
Wagar led the Voyageurs in scoring this past season with 80 points. He also led with 61 assists.
