Mack O’Brien made his 2015 season debut in impressive fashion. The Peterborough,ON native netted six points (2 G,4 A), including the game winner in the Turfdogs 12-11 win over the Demons. O’Brien was solid on both sides of the ball and will give a transitional boost to the Turfdogs
Second Star—Angus Dineley, Barrie Blizzard
For the second straight week Angus Dineley finds himself in the CLax Three Stars. This week, Dineley made 40 saves in the Blizzard’s 11-6 win over Niagara on Sunday. He also recorded his league leading fourth win of the season.
First Star—Jesse Guerin, Durham Turfdogs
Jesse Guerin continued his playmaking dominance, tallying six assists while adding a goal in Durham’s 12-11 win over Ohsweken. The Peterborough, ON native currently leads the league in scoring with 30 points.
