Time for the Midshipmen to Fix It?

After a record of 6-6  and 3-3 in the conference, the Midshipmen has to catch a wave of success. Average is past tense to this historical school. Improving their defense is a most.

Last season the Midshipmen approached John Hopkins as a serious threat. They had beaten them 8-2 and sent Hopkins with one of the lowest total of goals. Was this a miracle or they out played John Hopkins? In order to be successful, they need to muster that anxiety and use it to their advantage. Sam Jones and Tucker Hull are the explosive players that this team thrives off.

The defensive pressure and the lack of getting the ball in the net was their downfall. The  Shipmen has a barrier of tenacious youth, utilize them and their strengths. The coach, Rick Sowell needs to find a net minder and someone who can give a threat in the defensive strategy. Average is more than what this team is capable of.

This season is the season that this team needs to pick up the broken pieces and restore this franchise  Navy we salute you for the effort, but maintain that force of dominance. Once you fix these problems, the chance to row to success is nipping at your hands!
