The Canadian Lacrosse League’s newest team, the SouthWest Cyclops have unveiled their new official logo for the 2014 season.
The Cyclops is a famous creature from Greek Mythology. This fearsome beast with one eye is synonymous with brute strength and power. The Cyclops is well documented for being loyal to his comrades and terrifying to its enemies.
Cyclops Head Coach and GM Jeremy Tallevi said, “We are thrilled to roll out this new logo, which enhance the team brand and create an energetic feel that the fans can get excited about.”
The SouthWest Cyclops are a relocation of the Brampton Inferno and will be playing all of their home games at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena this season in hopes of finding a permanent home in 2015.
