Division III USILA Poll Week 3: Top Tier Holding Steady

This past week was, when compared to the previous week, a fairly pedestrian one. The best teams took care of business and the top six of the USILA Top 20 seems to have taken its permanent shape. RIT, Cortland, Salisbury, Tufts, Stevenson, and Cabrini have been on a whole other level than the rest of the country and it will take a major shakeup for any other teams to crack that group.

Washington College took down St. Mary’s to keep its spot at No. 7, Denison took care of business to hold steady at No. 8, Springfield enters the top 10 on the strength of its comeback win over Western New England at No. 9, while Wesleyan (No. 10) and Endicott (No. 11) each won a pair of games and serve as the gate keepers of the top 10.

Entering the poll are Bowdoin (No. 18) and St. Lawrence (No. 20), while Nazareth and Dickinson fell out of the poll for the week.
