On Friday the Barrie Blizzard acquired Wes McDonald, Scott Gamble, and Geoff Griffiths from the Durham Turfdogs in exchange for Jason Mainer and Cal Kitson. With these three acquisitions, Barrie significantly toughens up on defense. 6’3”, 215 lbs Wes McDonald is a Toronto Beaches Jr. A product and graduate of the Hobart College lacrosseprogram.
