Toronto Rock General Manager Terry Sanderson announced the signing of four players prior to training camp beginning on Saturday afternoon. Rock forwards Garrett Billings and Roger Vyse, defender Kyle Belton and goaltender Zak Boychuk all agreed to one-year contracts.
