Roughnecks Win Gun Show In Edmonton

The Calgary Roughnecks gutted out a win in a high-scoring affair in Edmonton, beating the Rush 18-15. In a game that saw 20 first-half goals, Calgary pulled ahead in the third quarter and were able to weather a late-game charge by the Rush to earn their third win of the season. Chris White Suspended; Will Appeal

Toronto Rock defender Chris White has been suspended one game by the NLL.  The one game ban is for an alleged hit that violated rule rule 63.3 which earned White a match penalty upon league review and the subsequent one game suspension as per rule 41.2.  There was no penalty originally assessed on the play.
