Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, announced the weekly award winners for Week 10 of the 2013 season, which concluded on July 7. The winners are chosen every week by the League, and are based on outstanding in-game achievements. Nationals Improve to 7-3 With Win Over Rats

The Hamilton Nationals (7-3) earned their seventh win of the season after defeating the Rochester Rattlers (4-6) on Sunday afternoon at Sahlen’s Stadium.  Hamilton’s leading goal scorer Kevin Crowley scored two goals and three assists in the win.

Bayhawks Squeek By Machine

The young Ohio Machine gave the chesapeake Bayhawks a run for their money, exchanging leads multiple times throughout last night’s game, but came just short of defeating the defending champions. Ohio’s goaltender, Brian Phipps, stood on his head, and made 17 stops to keep the game close.
