The MLL was a huge success this past weekend. The Machine recorded their first-ever victory over the Bayhawks in franchise history. The Outlaws remain undefeated and the Rattlers put an extensive halt to the Launch’s early momentum.
The three stars this week are:
Marcus Holman, Ohio Machine
Holman led the Machine to their first win over the Chesapeake Bayhawks this weekend, their first win against this team in the history of the Machine. Holman had a 100 shooting percentage for the night scoring three goals and a two-point goal on four shots. He also contributed an assist to Logan Schuss’s second goal of the night as well as picked up five groundballs.
John Grant Jr., Denver Outlaws
Grant Jr. contributed to keeping the Outlaw’s win streak alive with five points (4-0-1). The Outlaws currently have the third longest win streak in pro sports history. He had a season high four goals, and this was his second consecutive game with five-plus points.
Jordan MacIntosh, Rochester Rattlers
MacIntosh opened the scoring for the Rattlers 21 seconds into the game against the Florida Launch, handing them their second loss of the season. He contributed four goals and one assist in the win.
