After the Florida Launch took down the New York Lizards last night, there are still three games tonight with almost every team in the playoff race. Who will step up?
Joe Walters, Chesapeake, Midfield – after playing a whole season with the Rochester Knighthawks, Walters has made a huge impact for the Bayhawks. He’s played three games and tallied thirteen points so far. His energy and vision are unlike anyone else on the field and his box lacrosse skills are very effective when mixed with Kevin Crowley.
Will Manny, Boston, Attack – 27 points so far this season. Athletic, fast and smart. He’s been held to low points the past few games, but he’s due for a breakout.
Michael Bocklet, Denver, A – No, this isn’t Chris or Matt. It’s their other brother, Michael. He made the Outlaws after their open tryouts and has been an important part of the team in his first season, recording 24 points in seven games. He will need to bring his A game to the field this weekend against Charlotte and will have brother Chris, and John Grant Jr to help him out.
