Who to Watch at the MLL All-Star Game

June 30, 2012- The MLL All-Star game (ESPN2, ESPN3.com) will host the usual Young Guns vs. Old School format, this time however, the game will be in the beautiful area of Palm Beach, Florida.

The Young Guns certainly appear to be an underdog in today’s match-up, but still boast some great players that will need to go their hardest to give the Old School ballers a run for their money.

Jovan Miller, Midfielder, Young Guns

Miller was outstanding at Syracuse, and has had some hints of stardom in Charlotte, but inconsistency has hindered him as a Stephen Berger or Paul Rabil caliber player. Though, when Miller is at his best, he is no doubt on of the best in the league.

Joel White, Defense/LSM, Young Guns

A fellow Syracuse graduate with Miller, White was a big part of getting Miller his shots in transition at Syracuse. Although a long stick midfielder, White has stick skills that are top notch. If the Old School team puts all their attention on the Young Guns’ top player Max Seibald or other midfielders such as Miller or Peet Pollion, White can have a chance to shine on the offensive side of the field, as well as the transition game.

Paul Rabil, Midfielder, Old School

How much I say? This year while playing, Rabil has the the Warrior Rabil Skills Competition named after him!
