The 2015 Major League Lacrosse supplemental draft came to an end this afternoon with teams selecting in 12 rounds.
Of Note
- Several NLL players were selected, such as Cody Jamieson, Kyle Rubisch, Stephen Keogh, Jordan Hall, Graeme Hossack, Zack Greer, Curtis Dickson, Cam Flint, and Kiel Matisz.
- Callum Robinson, a member of the national Australian team, was selected by the Chesapeake Bayhawks.
- The Denver Outlaws selected former Denver Pioneers goaltender Ryan LaPlante with a pick they acquired from Chesapeake in exchange for Anthony Kelly.
- The Bayhawks have selected Alex Love in three straight drafts (h/t The Lax News)
- Lots of goalies moving around. The Bayhawks kept Kip Turner.
- The Cannons added Beau Wood, a product of Tufts University.
- The Cannons also were heavy on selecting indoor lacrosse players out of both Baltimore and Boston, such as Jack Runkel, Sean Lawton, Mike Maggio, and Greg Rogowski.
- The Rattlers brought back Matt Striebel, the longest-tenured player in the league.
- Jeremy Boltus continues to bounce around the MLL and was the first overall selection by Atlanta.
