Effective as of Monday, April 1st, 2013 the Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) Board of Directors has approved the move of the Ajax-Pickering Rock to become the Oakville Rock in the OLA Major Series Lacrosse League (MSL). The OLA has received letters of support and approval from the Oakville Titans Senior B Lacrosse Club, the Burlington Chiefs Junior A Lacrosse Club, the Oakville Buzz Junior B Lacrosse Club and the Oakville Hawks Minor Lacrosse Association for the MSL franchise relocation to Oakville.
