QSLL Announces 2014 Schedule

Today the Quebec Senior Lacrosse League announced their schedule for the 2014 season. The season is set to open on May 10th at 8pm with the Ottawa Axemen hosting the new Sherbrooke Xtreme. The two teams face off again the next day at 2pm as well, before the next week Sherbrooke travels to Kahnawake to play the Mohawks and Ottawa has a back to back with the Vermont Voyageurs.

Lakers Acquire Adam Jones; MacIntosh to Oakville

In Senior B lacrosse today the St. Catharines Saints and Owen Sound North Stars swapped their goaltenders. Going to Owen Sound is Scott Komer (Barrie Blizzard in CLax) and being shipped to the Saints is Ryan Masters (former Minnesota Swarm third string). Mammoth Sign Dan Ball, Mike McNamara

The Colorado Mammoth added an additional defenseman to their roster today when they signed Dan Ball. Ball has spent his last two seasons with the Minnesota Swarm but was cut after this year’s training camp.
