Cannons Trade for Ryan Young

The Boston Cannons traded for Ryan Young today of the Charlotte Hounds. In return, the Hounds will acquire a second round pick. In 11 games with Charlotte last season, Young produced 19 points. Black Wolves Announce Inaugural Roster

The New England Black Wolves announced their roster today, listed below. Of note is Tye Belanger, whom they acquired this past week to be their back up goalie. Rookies Mark Cockerton and Quinn Powless also made the roster. Free agent signee William O’Brien made the team as well. The practice roster includes Boston Cannons player Brent Adams along with rookies Sheldon Burns, Matt Crough, and Josh Johnson.

Knighthawks Sign Aaron Wilson

Just one day after being cut by the Buffalo Bandits, the Rochester Knighthawks have signed Aaron Wilson. The New England Black Wolves have traded for Colorado Mammoth goaltender Tye Belanger, giving up a fourth round pick for the 2015 draft.
