Danseglio Out at UVA

Greg Danseglio has lost his appeal and has now left the University of Virginia.  Danseglio has been an intrical part of the Virginia defense since his arrival on campus.  Now Virginia is left with a decidedly youthful defensive line.  He would have been on the verge of starting his final season as a member of the Virginia lacrosse team.

Danseglio had played in every game of his career with the Cavaliers.  He played 45 career games.  Danseglio also added eight points in his career.  He had five points in 2013 (two goals, three assists) and 3 points in 2014 (3 assists).  Coming to Virginia, he was an Under Armour All American and U-19 team member with fellow Virginia teammate Ryan Tucker.

He will have one year remaining of eligibility and his future plans are unknown at this time.
