CLAX Players to Watch Week Nine

With week 9 of the CLAX season here are a few players fans should keep an eye on:

Joel Wasson- Wasson has had a great rookie year so far and has been a quiet part of the Stars offense. Wasson this past weekend had a goal and four assists over the course of the Stars last three games. If Wasson continues to progress do not be surprised to hear more about him as his playmaking skills are beginning to show as he has 11 assists on the season and will continue to be a key piece of the Stars offense.

Shane Scott- Scott has been carrying the load for the TurfDogs this season. Scott posted six goals and an assist in just two games last weekend. As the TurfDogs fight for a playoff spot expect Scott to continue to be a force. Scott has also had success on the power play where he had three goals last weekend so other teams better be aware when they are shorthanded that Scott will be looking to hit the back of the net. Scott has 19 goals and 10 assists on the season and will hope to continue his success this weekend.

Corey Fowler- Fowler once again makes it on this list as is he is one of the most dynamic players in Clax. Fowler leads the high powered Niagara offense and has 22 goals and 22 assists on the season. Fowler will be a player to watch as he tries to catch Roger Vyse for the league scoring title.  Expect Fowler to have a big weekend as the Monsters will be look to regain the top spot in CLAX.
