CLAX Players to Watch in Week Seven

As CLAX heads into week seven here are the players fans should watch:

Wayne VanEvery- With the departure of Roger Vyse the Demons will be looking at VanEvery to carry the offensive load. VanEvery has been stellar this year so it will be interesting to see how he deals with being leaned upon more to produce. VanEvery sits fourth in league scoring with 23 goals and 13 assists. VanEvery will still have team mate Delby Powless with him but it will be interesting to see how they respond to the loss of Vyse.

Andrew Potter- Potter is the forgotten man on the Lock Monster but he is quietly having a great season. Potter has 13 goals and 17 assists on the season and has been a big reason for Monsters offensive success. Potter’s ability to burn teams in transition make him dangerous and teams need to not sleep on him or they will be burned.

Chris Atwood-  Atwood the league Most Outstanding Players last year is struggling this year. Atwood has 11 goals and 12 assists which is a far cry from the numbers he put up last year. It will be interesting to see if Atwood can bounce back and lead the Ironmen or if he will not live up to the hype he created for himself last year.

Angus Dinely- Fan need to watch Angus Dinely he is the best goalie in CLAX this season. Dinely has been sensational posting an 8.82 G.A.A and a .827 save percentage. Dinely is making an MVP case as he is leading the Stars to success and if he keeps it up we will be seeing the Stars in the Creators cup.
