Cyclops Name Coaching Staff

The SouthWest Cyclops are pleased to announce Jeremy Tallevi as their General Manager and Head Coach for the 2014 Season.  Joining Tallevi behind the bench is former Niagara Lock Monster’s assistant Jesse Cracknell.  Finally, Wayne Paddick will join the team as Operations Manager.
 
The long-time Western Mustang Head Coach, Jeremy Tallevi has served 12 years with the Mustangs, making him one of CUFLA’s longest-serving coaches.  Aside from the Mustangs, Tallevi has captured a Founder’s Cup championship in 2001 with the Wallaceburg Red Devils, coached in the NLL with the Anaheim Storm, Portland Lumberjacks, and Edmonton Rush.  Not short on experience, Tallevi has also spent time behind the bench with the Brampton Excelsiors, Burlington Chiefs, Kitchener-Waterloo Braves, and was co-coach of the Niagara Lock Monsters during the 2013 CLax Season.
 
Former Western Mustang standout Jesse Cracknell has spent time behind the bench with the Niagara Lock Monsters, Burlington Chiefs, and the Welland Warlords.  As a player, Cracknell was a CUFLA Baggataway Cup Champion with the Mustangs.  Cracknell has earned numerous accolades with Western including:  UWO Rookie of the year, a Character and Leadership Award, three times All-Canadian, CUFLA outstanding goaltender and graduating player.

Wayne Paddick is a former CLax referee and long-time official.  Wayne has played, officiated and managed in lacrosse for over 35 years.  While Wayne’s first passion is officiating the sport of lacrosse, he is quickly becoming a well-rounded team executive with the Ontario Lacrosse Association.  Paddick also serves as President of the Wilmot Wild Jr. C team.
